Mission

Missoula Elite Lacrosse strives to cultivate young minds and bodies by developing and maintaining youth lacrosse in Missoula. We provide an organized and safe environment that promotes healthy attitudes towards the individual, teammates and competition.  We encourage learning in a supportive environment where individual effort is affirmed and mistakes are recognized as the foundation of mastery. We believe that winning is important, but consider the opportunity to teach life lessons and for everyone to play higher priorities. We teach players to “Honor the Game” by respecting the rules, opponents, officials, teammates and themselves. We adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the national governing body, USLacrosse.  We expect players to make lacrosse a priority and give their full effort in both practices and games.

Registration

Registration for programs is essentially open year round, however deadlines apply for each individual session. We offer Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter options and all programs are open to new players.  Programs are available for boys and girls of all ages! For more information email info@missoulaelite.com.

Player Information

No prior experience is required to play lacrosse. However, lacrosse is a contact sport and requires the following equipment:

• Helmet*
• Gloves*
• Elbow pads
• Shoulder pads
  
• Athletic protector cup
• Lacrosse stick

Women’s players will only need the following gear:

• Protective Eyewear
  
• Gloves (optional)
  
• Lacrosse stick
